This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Essenova®.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Essenova® will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Essenova® will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the appliance.
How long does the coverage last?
This Limited Warranty is effective for one year from the date of original consumer purchase. A replacement part or appliance assumes the remaining warranty of the original consumer purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
What do you have to do?
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. When emailing our support team for warranty service, please include your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, as well as a description of the problem you are encountering with the appliance.
