OVERVIEW

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Please allow 2 business days to procese/handle your order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We do NOT offer express shipping. Please provide a street address. (PO Box can not be delivered) For orders outside of Canada, please email info@getessenova.com for more details. Taxes and duty are not included.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Customer is able to cancel their order 24 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email info@getessenova.com to cancel within the time period.

Please note, we cannot cancel your order if the item has already been shipped.

If shipped, we will be unable able to process your cancellation request and the item will be delivered to its destination. Once received or refused at the destination, the customer will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. This fee covers expenses incurred in packaging, shipping, and inspection of the item upon return.

ADDRESS CHANGE

Any shipment requiring an address change in-transit will be invoiced to the customer.

If an item is returned to Essenova® by the carrier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure you have provided the correct street address prior to placing your order.

If a shipment is declared “missing” or “stolen” by the courier, it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to contact the carrier and open a claim.

ORDER RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with full refund on any used or unused items. Customer just has to pay return label. Simply return your products to us within 30 days of placing your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any machine must be returned in its original packaging.
