Ingredients

  • 500g butternut squash

  • 500g acorn squash

  • 2 cups chicken stock

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 1 teaspoon sage

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 small yellow onion

  • ⅓  cup of cream

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put onion into the machine 15 seconds, turbo speed 6 to chop

Step 2
Pour olive oil and ginger in to sautéed for 10 minutes, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 3
Add butternut squash, acorn squash, chicken stock, thyme, sage into the machine to cook for 20 minutes, 120°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 2
Put the cream into the soup and blitz the soup for 30 seconds, turbo speed 6

Step 2
Season with salt then serve it
