  • 1 ½ cups Wild Rice

  • 1 Acorn Squash(cut in half and deseed)

  • 50 g Frozen Mix Vegetable

  • 1 l Water

  • 2 Vegetable Cubes

  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg

  • Pine Nut Gremolata:

  • ½ Brunch Flat-Leaf Parsley(Finely Chop)

  • 100 g Pine Nut(Toasted)

  • 1 Lemon (Zested)

  • 1 Small Chilli Pepper (thinly sliced)

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put Wild Rice Onto Steam Basket, Acorn Squash And Frozen Mix Vegetable Onto Steamer

Step 2
Pour Water And Vegetable Cubes Into The Machine, Bring The Water To Boil For 6 Mins, 130 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 3
Put Steam Basket Into The Machine And Attach Steamer. Steam The Wild Rice With Acorn Squash For 25 Mins, 130°c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 4
Pour Out The Water From The Machine, Then Take The Meat Out Of Half The Squash Turn To Puree For 15 Seconds, Speed 6 (Season With Cinnamon And Nutmeg)

Step 5
Stuff The Other Half Squash With Cooked Wild Rice And Mix Vegetable

Step 6
toast the pine nut inside the oven at 350 °F for 4 mins, then combine olive oil, chilli pepper, and parsley together

Add Salt And Pepper For Taste
