  • 2 pieces of green apple (peeled and core)

  • 100 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 50 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 50 g Sugar (15 g for Dressing and 35 g for Candy Pecan)

  • 400 ml Canola Oil

  • 50 g Pecan

  • 50 ml Water

  • 3 cups Baby Spinach

  • 5-6 Pieces Of Strawberries

    (Cut In Quarter)

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put apple, cider vinegar, lemon juice and 15 g sugar into the machine for 3 mins, speed 6. As the ingredients are mixing, slowly pour in canola oil until dressing gets thicken

Step 2
On a small sauce pan, melt 35g sugar and 50ml water in low heat. Then put the pecan in the sugar syrup and cook until its dry

Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberry, candy pecan together and enjoy

Step 4
Add salt and pepper for taste
