Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Garlic

  • 100 g Onion

  • 50 g Butter

  • 1 cup Arborio Rice

  • 115 ml chicken stock

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 115 ml White Wine

  • 200 g Frozen Seafood mix

  • Seafood Marinade (1-2hrs):

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Cooking Process

Step 1
Marinade Seafood Mix For 1-2 Hrs

Step 2
Add Garlic And Onion To The Machine To Chop For 15 Seconds, Speed 6

Step 3
Add Butter And Arborio to the machine and sautéed for 5 Mins, 110°c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 4
Add Chicken Stock, Thyme And White Wine To The Machine. Put Seafood Mix Onto Steamer. Then Attach Steamer to the machine. 15-18 mins, 100 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 5
Add Salt And Pepper For Taste
