Ingredients

  • 12 pieces head-on and shell-on shrimp (rinsed)

  • 2 pieces pork sausages (cut in half)

  • 14 pieces Manila clams (rinsed and scrubbed)

  • 4 cups of water

  • ½ lemon (halved)

  • 2 ears corn (cut off the cob into 2-inch pieces)

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (melted)

  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled)

  • 2 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 2 teaspoon paprika seasoning

  • 3 tablespoon lemon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

  • ½ tablespoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

  • 2½ tablespoons sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put garlic into the machine for 15 seconds, turbo speed 6 to chop

Step 2
Add butter to the garlic to sautéed for 5 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 3
Pour water, lemon, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, sugar, Old Bay seasoning and corn starch to the machine cook the sauce for 10 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 4
Put the sausage and corn into basket and shrimp and clam to the varoma cook it for 10 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 5
Mix the sauce and protein together in a bowl and serve it
