  • 2 pieces 7 oz boneless, skinless salmon fillet

  • 300 g Cauliflower

  • 400 ml 35% Cream

  • 2 Pieces Medium Size Parsnip (Peeled, Cut Into 2 cm)


  • Salmon Marinade (2-3 Hours):

  • 1 table spoon mirin Mirin(Sweet Japanese Rice Wine)

  • 1 table spoon mirin Red Miso Paste

  • 1 table spoon mirin Soy sauce


  • Herb Oil:

  • 20 g Flat-Leaf Parsley (Finely Chop)

  • 10 g Dill(Finely Chop)

  • 1 Piece Chilli Pepper (Deseed And Thinly Sliced)

  • 60 ml Olive Oil

Cooking Process

Step 1
Marinade Salmon For 2-3 Hours. Put Marinade Salmon And Cauliflower Onto Steamer

Step 2
Pour 35% Cream And Parsnip Into The Machine, Then Attach Steamer, 15 Mins, 130 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 3
Make Parsnip Puree, 30 Seconds, Speed 6

Step 4
Prepare Herb Oil By Mixing Parsley, Dill, Chilli Pepper And Olive Oil Together In A Bowl And Pour It On Salmon
