Ingredients
- ⅓ cup of carrot 
- ¼ cup of celery 
- ½ cup of white onion 
- 1 clove of garlic 
- 2 tbsp of olive oil 
- 1 tbsp tomato paste 
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) tomato 
- 200 ml chicken stocks 
- ⅓ cup of zucchini 
- 1 bay leaf 
- 1 tsp thyme (chopped) 
- 1 tsp rosemary (chopped) 
- ½ cup of kale 
Cooking Process
Step 1
Put carrot, celery, onion, garlic in the machine to chop for 6 seconds, speed 6
Step 2
Add olive oil and tomato paste into the machine to sautéed for 5 mins, speed 2 reverse, 120 °C until vegetable are soft
Step 3
Pour in can tomato, chicken stock, zucchini, bay leaf, thyme and rosemary to simmer for 25 mins, speed 1 reverse, 90 °C
Step 4
Put kale in the soup for 5 mins, speed 1 reverse, 90 °C
Step 5
Add salt and pepper for taste
