Ingredients

  • Meat Loaf Mixed:

  • 300 g top sirloin beef

  • 100 g mushroom

  • 20 g carrot

  • 50 g leek

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tsp rosemary and thyme

  • 100 g of panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp steak spice

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Mashed Potato:

  • 2 L water

  • 4 Yukon Gold potatoes (peel and cut into chunks)

  • 60 g of unsalted butter

  • 150 ml of 35% cream

Cooking Process

Meat Loaf:

Step 1
Put beef into the machine to chop for 15 second, speed 6, then transfer ground beef to a bowl

Step 2
Add mushrooms, carrots, leek and garlic into the machine to chop for 10 second, speed 6

Step 3
Add olive oil into the mixed to sautéed for 5 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 4
Add ground beef, panko, Worcestershire, ketchup, steak spice, rosemary, thyme and paprika to the mix for 30 seconds, speed 3 reverse

Step 5
Wrap meat loaf mix with aluminium foil and cook in oven at 350°F for 35 mins


Mash Potato:

Step 6
Put potatoes and water into the machine to boil for 15 mins 130°C, speed 1 reverse until tender. pour out water and transfer cooked potatoes to a bowl

Step 7
Add butter and cream into the machine for 2 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 8
Pour cooked potatoes into the machine for 1 min, speed 5

Step 9
Add Salt and pepper to taste
