Ingredients

  • 20 g of carrot

  • 20 g of celery

  • 2 pieces of white onion

  • 1 gloves of garlic

  • 20 ml of olive oil

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • ½ cup of can tomato

  • 1 Roma tomato

  • 1 tsp of thyme

  • 1 tbsp of basil

  • 1 piece of bay leaf

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put carrot, celery, white onion, and garlic in the machine to chop for 10 second, speed 10

Step 2
Add olive oil to sweat the vegetable for 3 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse

Step 3
Add tomato paste to continue sweat for 2 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse

Step 4
Pour can tomato, Roma tomato, thyme, basil, bay leaf and crushed red pepper in the mix then cook for 30 mins, 90 °C, speed 1 reverse

Step 5
Blend the sauce for 30 seconds, speed 10 until smooth

Step 6
Add Salt And Pepper For Taste
