Ingredients
- Meat Loaf Mixed: 
- 2 yellow onion 
- 2 gloves garlic 
- 50 g ginger (peeled) 
- 80 g butter 
- 300 g boneless, skinless lamb (cut in 1-cm cubes) 
- 1 ½ tbsp turmeric (power) 
- 1 tsp coriander (power) 
- 2 tbsp cumin (power) 
- 1 tbsp paprika (power) 
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (power) 
- 1 tsp mint 
- 1 tsp coriander 
- 1 tbsp curry leaf 
- 300 g of can tomato 
- 3 potatoes (cut in 4 cm cubes) 
- 100 ml plain yogurt 
- 300 ml water 
- cilantro for garish 
Cooking Process
Step 1
Put onion, garlic and ginger into the machine to chop for 15 seconds, speed 6
Step 2
Add butter to sautéed for 5 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse
Step 3
Add lamb, all the spices, tomato paste, can tomato, potato, yogurt, and water for 30 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse or until lamb is tender
Step 4
Garish with cilantro and yogurt to finish
