  • 1 cup Green Lentil

  • 3 Pieces King Oyster Mushroom(Cut In Half)

  • 1 Can Chickpea

  • 1 l Water

  • 1 Spring Rosemary

  • 1 Piece Bay Leaf

  • 1 Sprig Thyme

  • 2 Cubes Vegetables Cube

  • 1 Lemon (Just The Juice)

  • Chicken Season

  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

  • ½ Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 tsp Cajun Spice

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put Green Lentil Onto Steam Basket, Then Put King Oyster Mushroom And Chickpea Onto Steamer

Step 2
Add Water, Rosemary, Bay Leaf, Thyme And Vegetable Cubes Into The Machine. Then Put Steam Basket Into The Machine And Attach Steamer. Cook For 15 Mins, 130 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 3
Take 2/3 Cook Chickpea From Steamer and add it into the machine, along with Lemon Juice to make Puree For 20 Seconds, Speed 6

Step 4
Toast the remaining 1/3 chickpea with olive oil inside the oven at 400 °F for 8 mins, then season the toasted chickpea with paprika, cayenne pepper, Cajun spice

Step 5
Add Salt And Pepper For Taste
