- 2-piece 6 oz Cod Fillet 
- 4 Pieces Asparagus(Cut The Bottom) 
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice 
- 1 l Water 
- 20 g Butter 
- 5 g Turmeric Powder 
- 1 Bay Leaf 
- Cod Marinade (2-3 Hours) 
- 2 table spoon Jerk Seasoning 
- 1 table spoon Pineapple Juice 
- 1 teaspoon of Thyme 
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper 
- Pineapple Salsa 
- 100 g Pineapple(Peeled, Small Dice) 
- 30 g Red Onion(Small Dice) 
- 30 g Red and Yellow Pepper(Small Dice) 
- 5 g Cilantro(Finely Chop) 
- 1 table spoon Honey 
- 1 teaspoon Whole Grain Mustard 
- 1 table spoon Olive Oil 
Cooking Process
Step 1
Marinade cod for 2-3 hours. put cod and asparagus onto Steamer and jasmine rice into Steam basket
Step 2
Pour water, butter, turmeric and bay leaf into the machine and bring the water to boil for 15 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse
Step 3
Put steam basket into the machine and then attach steamer to cook for 20 mins, 130 °C, speed 1 reverse
Step 4
Combine pineapple, red onion, red and yellow pepper, cilantro, honey, whole grain mustard, and olive oil to make pineapple salsa
Step 5
Add Salt and Pepper for taste
