  • Pizza Dough:

  • 320 g all purpose flour

  • 15 ml olive oil

  • 250 ml lukewarm water

  • 15 ml sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp instant yeast

  •  ½ tsp salt

  •  Topping:

  • 30 ml of tomato or pizza sauce

  • 40g of shredded cheese, mozzarella, or your favorite combination

  • 20g pancetta (dice)

  • 20g cans pineapple chunks, well drained

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Process

Pie Dough:

Step 1
Put flour, olive oil, water, sugar, yeast and salt into the machine to mix for 20 seconds, knead mode. pour the mix into a bowl then cover the dough with a damp tea towel. place it in a warm humid location for 1 hour

Step 2
Roll the dough into a pie shape. Cover the pizza with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then add the pancetta and pineapple

Step 3
Bake it at 425 °F for 15-20 mins. Add 2 tbsp olive oil on pizza
