  • Burger Mix:

  • 150 g pork

  • 150 g beef

  • 20 g yellow onion

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp steak spices

  • 1 tsp onion power

  • 1 egg

  • Topping:

  • 4 slice of cheddar cheese

  • 4 white mushrooms

  • 1 yellow onion (slice)

  • 2 slices tomato

  • 2 piece of Boston lettuce

  • 2 Brioche burger buns

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put pork, beef and onion into the machine to ground for 15 seconds, speed 6

Step 2
Add mustard, Worcestershire, steak spices, onion power and egg to the mix for 30 seconds, speed 2 reverse

Step 3
Form the meat mix to 6oz burger patty. Use a pan sear the patty in medium to high heat. Cook until the crust that forms on the bottom of the burger releases it from the pan (about 2 mins). When burgers lift up easily, flip, add two slices of cheese to melt

Step 4
On another pan coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil with medium to high heat. add onion slice to cook them to brown and caramelized, Stir occasionally (about 10 mins)

Step 5
Garnish with toppings and enjoy
