  • 4 cups Fresh Peach (around 3lb, Peeled and Dice)

  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 6 cups Sugar

  • ½ tea spoon Butter

  • 1 Pouch Pectin Liquid Fruit Pectin

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

  • 1 Piece Star Anise

  • 3 Pieces Gelatin Sheets

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put Peach, Lemon Juice, Sugar, And Butter Into The Machine For 15 Mins, 130 °c, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 2
Add Cinnamon Stick And Star Anise Into The Machine To Simmer At    
90 °c, 20 Mins, Speed 1 Reverse

Step 3
Add Fruit Pectin And Gelatin Sheets After The Machine Stops, Then Skim Off Any Foam

Step 4
Pour The Jam Into Glass Jar, Make Sure It Fully Cools Down Before Putting It Inside The Refrigerator
