  • Pie Dough:

  • 375 g All-Purpose Flour

  • 250 g Unsalted Butter

  • 125 ml Cold Water

  • 15 g Salt

  • 20 g Brown Sugar

  • Apple Filling:

  • 4 golden Delicious Apples (Peel, Core And Slice)

  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 200 gals Brown Sugar

  • 50 g Butter

  • Cinnamon To Taste(optional)

  • 25 gals Corn Starch

  • Egg wash as needed

Cooking Process

Pie Dough:

Step 1
Put flour, butter, water, salt, and brown sugar into the machine for 10 seconds, knead mode. then wrap the dough and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes

Apple Filling:

Step 2
Put the slice apple, lemon juice, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in the machine to cook for 3 mins, 130°C, speed 1 reverse. Then add the corn starch to thicken the filling for 1 min, 130°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 3
Roll the dough out to the size of a pie plate. Line a pie plate with dough, egg wash the rim, and fill with apple filling

Step 4
Roll second crust to same size as before. Use it to cover the apples. Secure the top crust to the bottom crust and egg wash. Bake until golden brown and cooked through at 350 °F for 40-45 mins
