12 Brownies


  • Red Chili and Orange Glazed Turkey:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks - unsalted butter)

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon fine salt

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 cups regular semisweet chocolate chips

  • 12 red or brown candy-coated chocolates, such as M&M's

  • 12 mini vanilla wafer cookies

  • 12 mini peppermint candy canes

Cooking Process

Turkey Brine:

Step 1
Melt butter in the machine for 5 minutes, 100°C, speed 1 reverse

Step 2
Add sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chip to the machine on knead mode to make the brownies batter

Step 3
Preheat the oven at 350°F and pour the brownie on baking tray with parchment paper underneath; Bake the brownie at 350°F for 30~35 minutes

Step 4
Let the brownie cool the to room temperature before use a cookie cutter to shape it; Use wafer cookies, candy coated chocolates and peppermint candy to decorate the brownie into a reindeer
