  • 180 g all purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoon baking power

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • 65 g soften unsalted butter

  • 225 g granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup 35% cream

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Cooking Process

Step 1
Put all the ingredients except blue berries into the machine to mix for 30 seconds, knead mode

Step 2
Pour the mix into a bowl then fold in blue berries

Step 3
Spray the muffin tin with PAM and lined with paper liners, then use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the paper liners

Step 4
Bake at 375 °F for 18-25 mins
